This is how we do it.....

Pay the Client the Fair and Correct Rebate on Day One. Start Honest, Stay Honest.


Don’t pay New Clients more than the Fair and Correct Rebate as that would be disrespectful to Existing Clients.


Similarly, don’t pay New Clients less than the Fair and Correct Rebate as that would be disrespectful to the New Client.


If the value of UCO goes up, be Honest with your Client and increase their Rebate


If the value of UCO goes down, be Honest with your Client and decrease their Rebate


Explain to the Client where this information comes from.


Volume Matters. The more UCO a Client produces, the more the Client should be paid. That’s Fair.


Stuff happens, and sometimes collections cannot be made when they are supposed to. Be Honest with your Client and explain what has happened and when you can next collect.


Payments can also go wrong. If we miss our 48-hour Payment Promise*, inform the Client and tell them what went wrong and when they will be paid.
